The operating system for field operations.
Chronicle replaces fragmented WhatsApp communication, spreadsheets and manual reporting with one connected platform that plans, manages, verifies and reports field operations — helping teams deliver work right the first time.
One connected lifecycle, not isolated tasks.
Chronicle connects every stage of field work, so what is planned, captured, checked and approved stays linked from the first assignment to continuous improvement.

Field teams build the network. Their tools haven’t kept up.
Many field teams still coordinate through chat groups, spreadsheets and manual reports. If this sounds familiar, you are not alone.
Missed evidence
Photos and notes arrive incomplete, inconsistent or too late to be checked.
Repeat site visits
Problems are found after the crew has left, and someone has to go back.
Slow approvals
Sign-off depends on who is chasing it, and review standards differ job to job.
Limited visibility
Managers learn what happened on site well after it happened.
Inside Chronicle
One connected platform. Complete operational visibility.
Chronicle is in development. The screens below come from our working demonstration environment, with sample data replaced by generic labels.
See field operations as they happen
Managers and administrators work from one dashboard: reports filed, items needing review, operators active and escalations that need a decision, with an inbox, reports, audit log, sites and templates alongside.
Benefit: management oversight without chasing updates across chat groups and spreadsheets.

Evidence capture built for the field
Technicians see their assigned work and its status, then capture each required item in turn with photo, video or voice and add field notes before submitting.
Benefit: complete, consistent evidence captured on site, which reduces repeat visits.

Review work through one workflow
Submitted records move across a review board from New and In Review through Flagged, Approved and Completed, with each submission’s status visible at a glance.
Benefit: consistent quality review and faster, clearer approval decisions.

An operational performance platform, not just a reporting tool.
Chronicle links the parts of field work that are usually run separately, so organisations can measure how operations perform and improve them.

First-time-right execution
Work is captured and checked against the same standard.
Reduced rework
Gaps are caught earlier, before they become repeat visits.
Faster project close-out
Evidence, approvals and reports stay connected to the job.
Better management oversight
Status and quality are visible from one place.
From daily friction to a connected workflow.
